Not Enough!

‘Twas a moment in time, memories of the fateful crime
a day that broke two hearts, just before we had to part
an unfortunate decision of regret, for you it was set
a smile upon your face said it all, for me it was a fall
so for the family tree, yet it could have been three
wondering on alone, our fate was set in stone
