Dim the light

Dim the light,forever free
Just dim the light, and let me be
Give it some time and then we'll see
Dim the light for an eternity

Go away, take your chirlish things
Leave well alone, see what life brings
Waste some time, it will all work out
Go and see what's around and about

Give yourself time to breathe a breath
Wrap yourself up you'll freeze a death
If you don't like, the things you see
Then leave them unfound, turn yourself round and come home to me

Dim the light, forever free
Just dim the light and let us be
We need some time, so we can see
Dim the light down for eternity
