there was a little worm inside
his name was Jack
"Oih! Watch it" he proclaimed
"You almost bit me in half"
"I don't think it's funny"
"there's no need to laugh"
I did not hear it's mouth from the middle
It seemed to be stuck, in a bit of a pickle
I looked at the apple and saw the worm wriggle
it appeared rather funny so I began to giggle
I opened the bin and I threw it in
I swear I could hear the little thing sing.
